Step 1
After receiving the order from the customer, the experts at each of our offices will select the suited parcel from our selection of loose diamonds and sort based on the customer’s desired order. Parcel is the term used for a selection of ideal cut diamonds that comes straight from the factory according to diamond grading: size, clarity, and color.
Step 2
As our ideal cut diamonds are calibrated to 0.025mm, our experts separate the diamonds from the selected parcel into even more specific sizes using a tool called the sieve and sieve plates. Diamond sieves are high precision stainless steel measurement instruments specific for the diamond industry. A sieve comes with approximately 50 plates that allow the melee sizes to be measured accurately.
Step 3
After the required size is selected, using a loupe and a Hearts & Arrows scope, we carefully check every single melee diamond and select only the Hearts & Arrows pattern that meets our strict guidelines.
Step 4
The selected melee diamonds are directly shipped and safely delivered to the customer according to the preferred delivery date.
